Wij leveren de woning bezemschoon op. * Bij veel nieuwbouwprojecten gelden (strenge) eisen m.b.t. de te plaatsen vloer én ondervloer. Zo moet een ondervloer soms een gecertificeerde geluidsreductie hebben, geschikt zijn voor vloerverwarming en soms ook vloerkoeling. Echter, in het geval van een zwevende dekvloerconstructie, gelden er weer compleet andere eisen. Woonmode Project weet als partner van jouw project welke eisen gelden, waardoor je verzekerd bent van de juiste vloer én ondervloer. ** Alle fabrikanten, zoals Quick Step, eisen dat vloeren boven een bepaald m2 gedilateerd worden. Standaard werkt Woonmode Project de vloer af met meekleurende plakplinten. Tegen een gereduceerde meerprijs is het mogelijk om de vloer af te laten werken met MDF plinten van 7cm hoog en gespoten in Ral9010. Let op: deurposten of wanden/ramen waar het niet mogelijk is om een hoge plint te plaatsen, worden altijd afgewerkt met een plakplint. Hoge plinten worden door ons vastgezet met montagekit en aan de bovenzijde netjes afgekit, wanneer je een gladde wand hebt in een wittint.

Because we are a partner in the project, it is not necessary to be present when we come to deliver/place the floor. However, in that case we will need to have the key. Usually we agree on this with you and the foreman of the project. When you purchase a floor from Woonmode Project, we will contact you to make arrangements.

When you order your floor at Woonmode Project you can indicate in which week you would like the floor to be installed. We will then contact you to make a definitive date. In general, our craftsmen are able to install the floor+underlayment+plinths in one or at most two days.
